Warranty and Maintainment
Honets offer 13-month- guaranty for all of our product .
Honets will be willing to repair or replace the defectives. However, return -carrier –charge should be in customer s’ account . As for distributors, please aggregate defectives to 10 units or more before exchanging.
However, any man-made damages to the products are excluded to warranty and return policy, and customers will be required to pay for the repair and delivery expense.
